OK problem was with acrobat dc. I desintalled it and reinstalled adobe reader 11. it's ok  now .Thanks

You surely must know what you are paying for? You see, this is the free Reader forum, and Reader has never had the capability of converting files of any kind. I have been trying to find what program/service you were using to try to direct you to the proper forum. As it is, I am unable to help you any further.
