It's not allowing to conert word docs into PDF

Hi

I have bought Adobe Packs for Mobile and I paid  for 1 year subscription.

Its not allowing me to convert word into pdf. Its requesting me to pay an additional monthly subscription when the pack I bought and paid for clearly stated I could. It worked for a month or so, then I have to pay additionally? ??

Sorry but its not correct and I do not want this subscription and want my money back.

Either solve the problem or refund me.

Please review the email from Adobe Systems Incorporated with subject "Thanks for your purchase".  It will show your order details including your subscription type. 

According to our record your subscription is Export PDF so please let us know after your review of your email.

Hi Hector

According to my subscription See attach, I should be able to do all

inclusive and within as stated as the purchased Imade accodingly "PDF PACK"

and for ut I paid a annual subscription

If this is not the case, then Do cancelmy subscription and refund me,

because I will use the same to purchase what I really need and that is to

beable to Export to PDF and Create PDF.
