Yes, I really don't understand any of this. I just scanned a document from printer to PC. Opened it in Micro. Word but it needed to be converted. So I tried to convert from this website but nothing. I'm thinking of cancelling my Adobe subscription. Unless I can figure all this out.

I would recommend you to try converting using Export PDF Web interface ( The Most Reliable Tool to Convert PDF to Word or Excel | Adobe ExportPDF ) and let me know if you still face any issue.

The error you show in the first screen shot is one that we've seen happen in Adobe Reader. As per Rahul's suggestion, please try to convert to Word using the ExportPDF web interface. I've checked your account, and there are no issues there.

If you're unable to log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf using your Adobe ID and password, please let me know.
