Hi barton123,

The error you describe was an issue with Acrobat X, but I haven't heard of it happening with Reader XI. Have you installed the most recent Reader update? Please choose Help > Check for Updates and install any updates that are available.

If that doesn't do the trick, it's quite possible that the PDF may be damaged. Do you experience the same error with other PDFs.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

Best,

Sara

Hi again,

So the error only occurs with these specific PDFs (with sketches, downloaded from IE?). What application was used to create those PDFs? And would you be willing to send one my way so that I can take a closer look at it? If so, I'll message you directly with my email address.

Best,

Sara

It is a state Appraisers program called ORION. The sketch I believe is .jpg but opens fine in their program but they are trying to save it to their desktop as a .pdf and that is when they experience the problem when trying to view the second page. Some of the users are able to view it fine while others cant. I will attach one to this message.

Thank You

I take that back. I also get the error on the second page. What's interesting is that there's no application listed as the creator when I choose File > Properties.  Let me research this and I'll get back to soon with an answer.

Best,

Sara
