Lost all my comments after "update"

After your update some hours ago, all my comments have been deleted. This is hours of work that just "disappeared" into thin air! I am demanding an instant fix to this issue and recovery of my data

Could you please share more information about what happened? Were the comments removed after saving the file, or is it not showing on the files where the comments were already saved?

Let us know the updated version you are referring to here. Are you using the Acrobat Reader desktop application?

If you can share more details, we will get this checked.

Hello

Thanks for getting back to me.
I saved the comments in the document on the 19th of October at around 1 am
(or late night on the 18th) and in the morning of the 19th when I wanted to
open the document again, I saw that the last saving was stated as "16th of
October" but I was comments until the 18th of October at around 4 pm - so
it is even incorrect.
I am missing now the work from the 18th of October which is quite a lot.
Can you help me?
It was a desktop app, saved on the adobe acrobat document cloud and even on
OneDrive.

Sorry about the delay in response.

 

Please confirm if it happens with a particular document. This generally happens when the document is not saved. 

Ensure that you are saving the document. Once the document is saved, you get the notification pop-up.

If the issue still occurs, share the screen recording.
