New Here ,

When I convert large floor plans from PDF to an image file such as PNG, even if the setting is set to high quality, the picture is not very clear and the room labels are not readable.

Hello Danielsandifer,

As per the description above, you are getting a low quality of PNG when converting it from PDF, even setting the quality as High, Is that correct?

Try exporting the PDF file using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  on a different browser and see if this brings any difference.

You can also refer to the following KB docs and try the suggestions which discuss the similar issue pdf to jpeg conversion quality Link: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2280894

Exporting to JPEG without losing quality! Urgernt! Link: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/850602

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

Anand Sri.
