When converting a PDF from a vendor, data from separate lines is merged together.
This is a data report, with headings on each page, and then one or more lines of data per item.
The vendor is using alternating back ground to make the items more readable. However, when a page starts with NO color back ground, the last header line, and the 1st data line are merged together into a single row in the spread sheet.
Header example:
District Clerk 12th District Court 123th District Court 123rd District Court County Court at Law
Data Line:
11,136 COUNTY OF xxxxxxx vs Dxxxx Mxxxxxx ET AL Tax Cases 1/12/1234 1/12/1234
Resultant Row in Excel:
Col A | Col B | Col C | Col D | Col E | ||||||||||||||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|

Of course, when written as a CSV, it is all mixed together:
"District Clerk
11,136","12th District Court 123th District Court 123rd District Court
COUNTY OF xxxxxx vs Dxxxx Mxxxxxx ET AL",,,,,,"County Court at Law
Tax Cases",,,1/12/1234,,,1/12/1234,
