How are you using ExportPDF: directly on the website, or from Adobe Reader?  Did you sign in with your Adobe ID?

When I open a PDF, a panel opens on the right hand side, identifying my PDF, with a greyed out section saying Convert word, IF I sign up, not IN. Does this help?
