Hello,
Last April 2016, I purchased Adobe Acrobat for my work computer for the simple reason of being able to export PDFs to Word Documents. It worked while I was on your trial promotion, but once I purchased it after the trial was over, It has not worked. It keeps sending me to a screen telling me I have to purchase an account.
When I log in, it shows that my account is active and has been since last April 2016.
I have signed in, signed out, signed in again, re-started my computer several times.
I'm getting extremely frustrated and would like to talk with someone rather than type in a "forum" , which makes me even more frustrated.
About to hang this up altogether. Please contact me.
