I PURCHASED ADOBE READER TO CONVERT BUT IT WILL NOT, SAYING THERE'S AN ERROR CONNECTING TO THE SERVER. NOW, I CAN GET NO HUMAN TO TALK TO ABOUT THE PROBLEM. THIS IS THE WORST SYSTEM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED! WHY DID I BUY IT IF IT WON'T CONVERT?

If you're still receiving that error when you try to convert a file via Adobe Reader, please log in to the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com, and convert it from there.

Have you tried to Contact Customer Care? Note that phone support is only available Mon-Fri during daytime. Outside of that you can use chat.
P.S. please do not post in ALL-CAPS; it is very difficult to read!
