My converted pdf to word file is just blank pages

I scanned 34 pages into a pdf file for a class assignment.  I have to submit it as a Word document, but after paying for the conversion service, I got 34 blank pages.  I need to turn this in tonight.  What do I need to do to properly convert these scanned pages to Word? Thanks! Melissa

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, when you are converting scanned PDF, you are getting blank pages in Word document, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service with your current Adobe ID, try exporting the scanned PDF through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

If you have Adobe Reader or Acrobat, open the Preferences and select Show large images' option under Page Display and try again and see if this brings any difference.

Is it possible to share the scanned PDF file with us so that we can try it at our end? To share the file, please use Adobe Send feature, upload the file, share the link to files via private message only, How Do I Send Private Message

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...

Good Morning

I tried to follow the suggested links you mentioned for the other client, however I am also having problems with converting PDF to a word document. It will not convert over any of the words. It will transfer over bullets, and page numbers.

I have attempted: Converting from the desktop app, using the https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf link, looking through the trouble shootting, and even tried converting to other types of formats.

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you,
