My document converter to word does not work, says an error has occurred.

I can usually convert PDF documents to Word, paid for document converter. But now the converter won't start, says an "error has occurred" and that it.

Do you get the error that you describe when you try to convert from within Reader? If so, please sign out of Reader, and then sign back in. Alternatively, you can log in to the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com and convert from there.

Hi Sara,I am trying to convert to from PDF to word document, I did try signing out and signing back in; Still Doesn't work.Could it be that Acrobat is trying to sell me something else?Lisa

Hi Lisa,

Your ExportPDF subscription is valid, so you shouldn't need to buy anything else to convert files. Have you tried logging in via the web interface? If so, and you're still having trouble, log out, clear the browser cache, and then go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf.

Hi Sara,I just figured it out. I have to go to "export", instead of "convert" now. That takes me into Adobe cloud and then I can export PDF to Word. I just tried it and it worked. Thanks for your help, you gave me that idea.Lisa
