my editing pdf is not working i am unable to convert to word document

I am unable to convert my pdf to a word document for editing.................please help

Hi April,

As per the issue description, you are not able to convert a PDF file into word for editing.

There are two ways you can convert from PDF to Word:

- Using the Adobe Acrobat (Standard or Pro) software.

- Using the ExportPDF online service.

Since you have the Adobe Export PDF Annual service, and if you are using the interface that is built into the free Adobe Reader, You won't be able to edit the PDF.

You can try to upload your PDF file directly to the online service: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and then try to convert the PDF into Word and Edit it.

Hi, do I need to subscribe the adobe services? I was able to do conversions and now I can/t.  I'm a retired educator and still working with teachers in the County.
