My files are not combining. Failure notice keeps popping up.

Hi Nigelc,

After checking your account details, I see that you have subscribed for the Adobe PDF Pack.

I assume that you are experiencing this problem when you are trying to access the service online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf ? Also, what exactly the size of the files that you are trying to combine?

You may check with a different web browser or try some other file for testing purpose. And let us know if it still doesn't work.
