My files has disappeared from Acrobat.com

Explorer ,
Feb 04, 2013 Feb 04, 2013

I created a fillable form in InDesign and distributed the form via Acrobat.com  My file has disappeared from Acrobat.com and now I am unable to retrieve any of the responses.  If I re-distribute the same form, will I be able to access the old responses?

What happened to th old form that was uploaded in January?

Desperate seeking help.

If you distributed a file via Acrobat.com, you likely did so via Workspaces.  Try logging into http://workspaces.acrobat.com

Thanks you that was very helpful.  I found the files under workspaces and not Acrobat.com.

The responses file was deleted from our server, is there a way to retrieve the responses waiting in limbo?  I tried re-distributing the same file without success.

Was this a form that you were distributing or a file in a shared review?

File was distributed via Acrobat.com; the responses are collected on our internal shared server.

Re-distribute your file and ask your users, if they're using Acrobat (not Reader), to export their comments from the first review file and import them into the second one.

Thank you, I will keep that in mind for the future.  I told them that their reposnses had been eaten by a blackhole and that they had to re-submit.
