My pdf file won't convert to WORD doc. keep getting error message

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

What exactly happen when you are trying to convert the pdf file to word? Are you trying the conversion online via web browser https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf or desktop application Adobe Reader DC?

You may try the following-

1- If trying the conversion online, then check with a different web browser. Or choose a different file to test.

If using any antivirus then you may turn it off for a while and check back.

[Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install or activate other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done.]

2- You can test the same with desktop application Adobe Reader.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

I have the same problem and it takes too long every time to go to this link. In my opinion once you buy it it should work because this is making work more difficult having to go back every time to this link. I want a refund , I have send my complaint but after the reply whether I wish a refund the option YES does not work !!!!   Not happy
