My subscription (maroliv@cfh.ufsc.br) doesn´t work as expected.
When trying to convert any file online, I am outrageously redirected to upgrading steps for a "renewed" subscription.
If this is your real Adobe approach, please, give back my money soon!

Hi matoliveira,
I've checked your account; your subscription is still pending. It can take up to 48 hours for an order to process fully. But, once it does, you should be able to log in without issue.
