My subscription renewed, now I can't convert PDF to Word, what went wrong?

My subscription renewed last month.  Now I'm trying to convert a PDF file to word and it wants me to re purchase.  How do I activate my subscription?

Please let us know the Adobe application you are using to convert PDF.

Could you please also share the exact workflow you do.

Check if you can convert PDF.
