adobe export says no internet connection.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF service as getting an error message of No Internet connection, is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID. Please try to access the service on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password and check if this brings any changes.
