Is the system down?   Is there a work around available? Getting the following error when converting PDF to Word.

As per the description above, you are getting No Internet connection error while converting a PDF file into Word, Is that correct?

Please try to convert the PDF in a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf   using your current Adobe ID and password and see if this makes any difference.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader, then sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password once in Adobe

As per the description above, you are getting No Internet connection error while converting a PDF file into Word, Is that correct?

Please try to convert the PDF in a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf   using your current Adobe ID and password and see if this makes any difference.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader, then sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password once in Adobe Reader, and check for any pending updates from Help>Check for updates.

Then try to convert the PDF into Word file.

You may also refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...
