No Internet Connection

After successfully logging into Adobe, I attempt to export a PDF for the purpose of converting to PowerPoint.  An error message immediately pops, "No internet connection."

We recently changed the enterprise firewall.  The IT manager believes we need to whitelist Adobe, or perhaps Adobe has changed its service providers.  Please return Adobe's URL and IP for the document conversion capability.
