No Internet Connection?

I have a current account, and just paid for services for the export program, however, it says no internet is found.  I have internet- please help.

We apologize for the inconvinience caused, as per the description above you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF service as getting "No Internet Connection Found" error, Is that correct?
