Hi lynettec,

When you say Acrobat doesn't work in Firefox, do you mean that you can't view PDF files in the Firefox browser? If so, please see View PDF files in Firefox without downloading them | Firefox Help

If you're referring to the Acrobat online services, they are supported in Firefox, so I'd would need a little more information about what's happening to get to the bottom of the problem.

Best,

Sara

Hi Lynette,

Please clear the browser cache and try again. Firefox is definitely supported, and if you can combine the same set of files when you use Adobe PDF Pack in Internet Explorer, it sounds like you're running into a browser issue. What version of Firefox do you have?

Best,

Sara

uninstalling firefox and re-installing still does not work.. Any ideas?? It

does work for me in Internet Explorer, but I prefer working in firefox.

Hope you can help me get it back. Thanks.

Hi Lynette,

Are you able to combine the same files in IE that you're trying to combine in Firefox? What is the specific error that you get in Firefox? Is it possible that one or more of the files that you're trying to combine is either an unsupported format, or could be damaged?

Best,

Sara
