no me deja añadir archivos al document cloud

Hace varios días que documento cloud no me permite subir archivos nuevos. Me marca error.

Please help us with the workflow that you follow, how you have been trying to upload the files on document cloud?

  • If you are trying online https://cloud.acrobat.com/  then you may please try with different web browser.
  • Check the internet connectivity, if possible then try with a different connection for a while.
  • If you are working with the Adobe Reader then Launch Reader>Help>Check for Update
