Adobe's service is horrible. I signed up for their PDF export to help a friend w a resume and have been trying to cancel the subscription ever since, FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS. I was billed last April, i cancelled the service after i somehow miraculously reached a phone agent. I also disputed the charge with my CC company. Sure enough the authorization is on there again today. And sure enough, no phone support available - not that it did any good last time.

I am getting copies of everyone's problems in several languages. I have
complained about this before but my problem continues. I want to cancel

Consider it done. I've canceled your subscription, and processed a refund. If you'd like to stop receiving emails from the forums, please change your notification preferences by clicking your avatar at the top of the forums (the person icon) and clicking Preferences. You'll want to turn off all Email Notification options.

Thank you for canceling my subscription. Since the subscription is
cancelled do I need to worry about all those messages I am receiving and
DO NOT WANT? Tell me I need not worry because I have not been able to
follow your directions for eliminating them. For starters, I do not know
what an avatar is. My dictionary says it is a Hindu God.

I cancelled the service on Mon 4-13. I requested that it be cancelled without renew last April when that renewal was reversed. I would like to be refunded, if not amicably then I intend to dispute the charge.
