Hi jmromagra,

Adobe Reader is free, but sounds like you may have purchased a subscription to one of the Acrobat online services. Is that correct?

Have you been able to download Reader successfully yet? And, have you tried logging in to https://cloud.acrobat.com and accessing your subscription directly from the Acrobat.com website?

Please let me know where you are in the process of getting things set up, and we can take it from there. I would love to get things working for you.

Best,

Sara

Hi again,

You've purchased an ExportPDF subscription, but are unable to use it, is that correct? Have you received your verification email from Adobe and followed the link in that email (check your junk mail folder if you don't find it in your main inbox). Then, once your account is verified, go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

If you continue to have problems accessing your subscription, please let us know.

Best,
Sara
