No text in Word file after exporting PDF

Hello I bought Export PDF to convert to word but when I export there is no text in the Word file.  Could it be I need to adjust the .docX to .doc and if so how do I do that?

It seems that you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to export PDF.

As you do not get any text in the Word file on exporting PDF, please try once to check with other documents. See if you can export other files without any issue.

Try to repair the installation. To repair, launch the application and go to Help menu > Repair Installation (If you are on Windows).

Please try to export PDF online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and check if it converts file without any issue.
