Please see this document for a list of languages that ExportPDF supports for OCR: Using OCR in Adobe ExportPDF.

While ExportPDF doesn't support Russian for OCR, Acrobat does. And, you can save PDFs in Word format from Acrobat. Feel free to download a free 30-day trial from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html if you'd like to give it try.
