Non-Latin fonts not working in Adobe PDF online

I'm trying to fill in form fields in acrobate pdf online (cloud).
Fields with Latin characters work fine. Fields with Greek characters during the edit are working fine.
When I reopent the document they are disapeard. (The fields whith latin fonts remain there).

Please let us know how you are filling the PDF. Did you save the PDF after filling it out?

Would you mind sharing the workflow and the screen recording to better understand?

Did you try filling in the PDF on a desktop application?

Thank you for your answer.
I'm including a screen capture of the workflow.
As you will see, the two text boxes with Latins remain to the ducument while Greek text disapears.
