Not all my shared files are shown in my Shared Documents list

New Here ,

I've shared dozens of files with other pople for their review but not all of them appear in my Shared Documents list. I upload a file to share, then copy the link and send it in an email. Multiple people make comments in the document, but the file is not shown in my list of shared documents. Why? How do I find ALL lthe documents I've shared?

@T. Van Wiele The reason some documents aren't showing up in your "Shared Documents" list is likely because of how you initiated the sharing process. When you upload a file, copy the link, and send it directly in an email, Adobe Acrobat only registers the file as 'shared' for review tracking if you use the actual Share or Send for Comments feature inside Acrobat or the Adobe Document Cloud web interface. When you simply share the link, Acrobat loses that direct connection to your review list. To reliably see ALL of the documents you've shared and are expecting comments on, you need to make sure you use the official in-app Share button (usually a small paper airplane icon) and enter the recipients' email addresses, rather than manually generating and sending a link. This formal process ensures the document is properly registered in the Adobe Document Cloud review system, making it appear correctly in your "Shared Documents" list for easy tracking.
