now that I've downloaded PDF my email won't allow me to read my faxes from MYFAX.com! How do I either get rid of ExportPDF or configure it so I can read my faxes???

now that I've downloaded PDF my email won't allow me to read my faxes from MYFAX.com! How do I either get rid of ExportPDF or configure it so I can read my faxes???

Hi rogerlazz,

ExportPDF is an online subscription, so there's nothing to download and install. Did you download Adobe Reader, perhaps?

What format are the faxes that from MYFAX? Are they PDF files? What happens when you try to open them?

It could be that the file extension association for those files has become confused. If you tell me whether you're on Mac OS or Windows, I can point you to some instructions for resetting the filename association.

The faxes do come in in PDF. This is what I get. Adobe won't let me cut and paste the message but this is what it says

Adobe Reader could not open because it is either not a supported file type or has been damaged...

This has now happened twice after I downloaded Adobe PDF so I know its not been damaged.
