How can I change my business logo on my account? I have already changed it on my Account Profile but the old logo still shows up on my recipient's email when I send a document for them to view by send and track

We apologize for the delay in response to your query.
The logo that you are referring above, is that a logo that you are using as email signature?
While sending the document using Adobe Send & Track when you select send file via email, so it automatically picks up the default settings of the email configured.
Send & Track doesn't make any further changes. You can check the "Signature" option available in the top menu bar. Do you see the new logo available there?
