Paid for a basic plan to convert pdf to word format yesterday, plan does not appear on my account

Hi,

I am unable to find how to speak or email Adobe help desk.

If anyone can help with advice.

I paid for the basic plan to convert pdf to word format to try. I have the receipt. There is no plan serial number on the receipt to allow me to register the plan.

The plan does not appear on my account page.

When I now attempt to convert pdf to word, I am asked to pay for the plan (again).

Appreciate any advice,

Looking at the information shared above, I believe you have subscribed for Adobe Export PDF service.

Adobe Export PDF is an online Adobe Document Cloud service. With it, you can easily convert PDF files into editable Word, Excel, or RTF (Rich Text Format) documents.

Since its a web service, so you need to access it online via Document Cloud website: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ 

You can also use it through Adobe Reader DC desktop application. Make sure you have downloaded Adobe Reader DC not Acrobat DC, there's a difference.
