I have trouble when trying to convert PDFs to Microsoft Powerpoint format. Despite multiple attempts (including restarts and trying for different documents etc.) I receive the error message "Conversion Failure" stating that something went wrong when uploading the file. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hello Andersd,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are getting a conversion failure error message while converting a PDF to PowerPoint document, Is that correct?
The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack services with your current Adobe ID, try converting the PDF file to PowerPoint through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.
If you are using the freeware Adobe Reader DC and getting the error message, please sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader and check for any pending updates from help>check for updates, restart the machine after installing the updates and then try converting the PDF.
For conversion failure, you can also refer to File conversion error | ExportPDF
Is it specific to one PDF file or with all the PDF file? Have you converted another PDF file? Try converting another PDF file and let us know how it goes.
