PDF converter is not working

When trying to convert PDF to word, I get error message that says something went wrong.  I have active account, and was able to convert to word with no issues.

Please share the workflow as in how you trying to convert PDF ?

Also let us know the subscription you have ?

Try exporting PDF to word using this link : https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  by logging in with your Adobe ID and password .

Let us know if you able to .
