I have Export as an annual subscription, but it will not accept my document to convert to Word. It keeps telling me to activate or buy.

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service with your current Adobe ID, try accessing the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe Export PDF as it's asking you to purchase the subscription, Is that correct?

Sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password to use the services.

You can also install the  free desktop version of Adobe Reader and use the Adobe ExportPDF services.

Sign in with your Adobe Id and password in Reader. To download Reader DC: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

I cannot believe that NO ANSWER to this question has been forthcoming from Adobe and Microsoft. If the answer is to use a free option, why would we pay for an annual account for "Export PDF" with no benefit except pop-up ads to purchase something for which we've already paid? Is this a class action lawsuit waiting to happen?

Note: Adobe Document Cloud online services cannot be downloaded as an application on a machine. But we can access the services through a browser and can be accessed through desktop and mobile app Adobe Reader DC. Adobe Reader DC is a freeware and you don't need to pay for it.

If you are using freeware Adobe Reader DC and getting the resubscribe page, please sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader DC using your Adobe ID and password, then check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader DC from help>check for updates, reboot the machine and try exporting any PDF.

For more troubleshooting, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...
