pdf document not saving

Hi,

Whenever we filled up a document using Adobe Acrobat DC format and after saving, all the information filled up were missing.  It wasted a lot of time re-typing it again and again.  We have a lot of bid document to filled up but it's not saving the information.  Please help.

Sorry hear about the trouble.

As mentioned, that the Acrobat DC is not saving the information filled in the document. So did it happen with all the documents you have filled information with or just the one?

Check with a different form and see if that happens. Also, you may share the exact version of Acrobat you are working on?

Open Acrobat>Help>About Acrobat.

If you share the form with us, we can check the same form for you at our end.
