pdf export conversion failure

I just purchased PDF export.

I have no issue converting small files to word document.

However, I have one file that about 60KB, which I get converting failure message everytime.

The exporting goes fine but it never gets passed the conversion phase.

I have tried it on my work computer and my personal laptop.

pdf producer is Apache FOB Version

pdf version 1.4 (acrobat 5.x).

This file does have images. Would that cause any problems converting to word?

If the size is the issue and is getting timed out. Is there a way to cut the file in half?

I have tried chrome, Firefox.

Both adobe and windows are updated.  Internet history Cleared. In task manager, I have closed most of the background running items. I’ve tried the options mentioned on the community. Is there a way I can send this file to someone so it can be further Investigated?

Please let me know. I have spent too many hours trying to make it work. It has been very frustrating not being able to contact anyone.

I'm having the same issue as you. I purchased this yesterday, and tried three different times. It simply doesn't work. I guess I will just ask for a refund. Such horrible customer service.

I agree, I converted a 30.5 MB doc but it wont do a 35MB or 70 MB
