I have a year's membership with Adobe Acrobat to convert files from PDF to Word and I have sent about four files to get converted and the end result of the files are strickly messed up pratically unreadable. What can I do to get a better copy of a converted PDF to Word file. I have used all the different styles of conversions to Word from Word xdoc. to Word Rich document and they still come out looking terrible. Can I get some suggestions on how to get a decent solution to this dilemma?

I have been having the same issues. I finally was able to reach a rep using the chat option. The gist of the conversation is that anyone who purchased this wasted their money. I canceled my subscription and I am supposed to receive a refund. Here is the chat I had with their rep today.
Saravanan: I have received your query. Please allow me a moment to verify your account and to review the details of your request.
Me: Ok.
Saravanan: I understand that you are facing issue while trying to login from a file to convert the PDF file. Am I correct?
Me: I can login just fine. I am having issues with converting the files. When it converts it looks like gibberish and does not retain the form set-up at all.
Saravanan: Thanks for correcting.
Saravanan: Let me check and help you with the information.
Saravanan: Is the file a scanned PDF file?
Me: Yes.
Saravanan: Thanks for the information.
Saravanan: I am sorry to inform that the Export PDF is a simple online service which may face issue when trying to convert files with images or charts or lines or PDF created with Non Adobe Applications.
Me: I am having the same problem with documents originally done as a pdf
Saravanan: Export PDF is a simple online service, service, which has very few functionalities as compared to Acrobat XI desktop application.
Saravanan: It cannot perform complex tasks with the PDF files, hence you are facing this issue.
Me: What is the point of purchasing this product if it cannot do what I bought it for?
Saravanan: Sorry for the delay.
Saravanan: The Export PDF service is an online service which may face issue when trying to convert any of the complex option such as images or charts or graphs as the Export PDF OCR function may face issue in recognizing them and generate an exact alphabet when they are not able to recognize.
Maria: Then basically I wasted my money as I cannot use the service that I paid for. There should be a disclaimer that the service most likely will not work, so that people will think twice about purchasing something that may or may not work.
Saravanan: I do understand your concern and I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Saravanan: Is there anything else I can help you with?
Me: Not unless you can offer me a refund.
Saravanan: I'll need to transfer this chat to the Customer Service team so that this issue is resolved in this first contact itself. Can you please hold for 1 - 2 minutes while I transfer the chat over to a Customer Service representative?
Me: Yes I can. Thank You.

At a go! Maria congratulations for raising hell with them. I know for sure you deserve your refund. Well me I guess I will keep it even though it doesn't really work but since I am working on an MBA it might come useful even though it is a mess. I guess I have to settle for it because it really wasn't that much money for me to lose for a year's subscription. BElieve me I have lost alot of money with some other offers of companies that they state they sell Adobe software. Congratulations again for standing up to Adobe.
