PDF files reduction below 100 kb. I need to upload files below 100KB size? Suggestion requested!

I Need to upload some PDF files and the file size should be below 100KB.  I tried Adobe online compression tool but did not get the less than 100KB file.  Please guide! regards

Thar's an absurd demand. You would be hard-pressed to create a file that small if it has any images in it, or multiple fonts or even more than 10 pages.
