When I convert a pdf to word it now automatically defaults to arial font or crashes. I use pdf to word for mail merging and it was working fine for months, but for the past week none of the pdfs I converted to word had the correct fonts. The fonts are installed on my pc, so I don't understand what the issue is. Does anyone know how to stop converted documents defaulting to arial font?
