Is a pdf created with pdf pack in pdf/x1A format? fonts embedded? High definition, at least 300 dpi? Sending file to printer for publishing.

PDF Pack isn't a prepress tool, you'd want Acrobat Pro. PDF Pack doesn't seem to offer any choice of options at all, and it won't default to PDF/X-1a (an unsuitable format for most folk).
