PDF Pack will not let me combine files

When I try to combine files, I am directed to subscribe, but I already have. I have confirmed my account as active. Is this just a server issue or something else. I am being held up on a project!!

I'm having the same issue! There is no Customer Service available for this......totally useless! I feel your pain!
