pdf pack

i subscribe to pdf pack and update requently. Why do the pdf's continue to buffer or load slowly after downloaded? Using mozilla as browser.

Hi Peterc,

PDF Pack is the online service of Document Cloud that doesn't require any update. As mentioned above that pdfs loading slowly after downloading from the web, so is it opening in Adobe Reader DC desktop application or any other pdf viewer app?

If you are working with desktop application, then you can try repairing the installation. Open Reader>Help>Repair Installation.

Help us with the workflow to understand the issue in better manner.
