PDF sharing for comment not opening with corporate email

There is an issue when sharing pdf for commenting. 
The emial I share with is coroprate account, but they cannot open the shared account with corporate mail and asks to log in in personal mail. But it's agains our security policy. 

What's the problem and how can we solve it?

As you share PDF for commenting, do you create a link and send it, or do you use an email address to invite for shared review?

If you are creating a link, it depends on the user's email address to log in and review the document.

Would you confirm what happens when the receiver tries to sign in using the corporate email? 

Do they get any error messages?
