Hello Jennifer

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are getting a blank Word file when you convert a PDF document into Word, Is that correct?

Please open Adobe Reader Preferences from Edit>Preferences>Page Display> Select Show Large images and see if this brings any difference.

You can also try to export the PDF file online https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Is the issue is with one specific PDF file or with all the PDF files? Have you tried exporting any other PDF file into Word and checked?

Did you get any error message while exporting the PDF?

If it's specific to one PDF file, Is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can check it at our end?

To share the PDF file refer to How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
