pdf to word doc

I just purchased the software upgrade to convert a pdf to a word document but it keeps asking me to buy it again, anybody know how to get past this? thanks

Which upgrade software have you purchased?

Export PDF is an online service. you need to login with your Adobe ID at : https://exportpdf.acrobat.com/SignIn.html

And then you can upload the pdf document and convert it to word.
