PLEASE HELP ASAP!

I just paid $89 for this program in order to convert my PDF files to word and it is not working!! Why is this happening and how can I convert PDF files to word without paying anymore money???

I'm so sorry that you're having trouble converting files. Can you please tell me what the specific problem is? Are you unable to log in to the service? Or, are you logged in, but are unable to convert? Or, are you able to convert, but the converted files don't look right? Please write back and give some specific examples (error messages, browser, description of files that you're trying to convert), so we can figure out where the problem is.
