I jk234515247624y23 6,

I'm sorry you're running into trouble installing an Adobe product. I would love to help, but I need to know what you're installing, and what trouble you're running into. It could be that there's a simple solution that we can handle quickly here. Can you please let me know what product you're trying to install, (Windows or Mac OS), and the error you're getting, if any?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

Best,

Sara

Hi Jimmy,

There is an issue with CreatePDF Desktop printer on Windows 7 and SP1. If that's what you're running, please try the hot fix referenced in this document: Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer and Windows 7 SP1 | Acrobat.com

Please let me know how that goes.

Best,

Sara
