We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to convert a PDF to Word, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack services on your current Adobe ID, try converting the PDF to Word through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

You can also use the freeware Adobe Reader to access the services of Adobe PDFPack services, just "sign-in" with your current Adobe ID in Adobe Reader, to download Adobe Reader, use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
